Multi-course Meal

Your evening will include at least 4 courses as part of an expertly crafted cohesive menu. You can add up to 2 more courses if desired. Once you've paid the deposit I'll work with you to finalize a menu.

Welcome Cocktails

There's no better way to relax after a long day of meetings than with a cocktail. I can create a custom cocktail that aligns with the menu, or you can choose a short list of classic cocktails.

Aperitifs, Digestifs, & Other After-dinner drinks

Aperitifs are small drinks to whet the appetite and get people excited to eat. Digestifs are small drinks to aid in digestion after the meal. Either can be added to your event. We also offer the option to add a dessert cocktail or dessert wine.

Coffee Course

Espresso, coffee, and tea are offered at the end of every event with a selection of sweeteners and cream.

Wine-pairings

I'll select 3 wines for a 4 course meal which will be perfectly paired with the first three courses. If you elect to add more courses, I can add wine pairings to match. I can scale the wine pairings up or down to match your budget.

Non-alcoholic Options

If some of your guests do not drink we can add non-alcoholic cocktails and wine-paring alternatives that also compliment the food so nobody feels left out.

Take-home Treats

It's always nice to send guests home with a little homemade snack for the morning after their night out. A slice of spiced zucchini bread, crunchy granola, or a piece of moist coffee cake can really start the next day off right.

Electrolytes

Sometimes we hit the sauce too hard and need a little recovery assistance. I have a selection of hangover prevention and cures to get the team back on their feet.
